How does Paragon work?

Paragon works in three simple steps:

  2. Share Your QR Code: Let others scan your code to donate directly to you
  3. Receive Support: Get instant notifications and track your donations

Is Paragon free to use?

Yes, Paragon is completely free to use. We don't charge any fees for creating profiles, making donations, or receiving support. Our mission is to facilitate direct giving without any barriers.

Creating Your Profile

How do I create a profile?

  1. Click "Start Your Story" on the homepage
  2. Sign up with your email address or Google account
  3. Fill out your profile information and share your story
  4. Upload photos that represent your situation
  5. Set your donation goals (optional)
  6. Get your unique QR code to share with others

What should I include in my story?

Your story is the most important part of your profile. Be honest and authentic about your situation. Consider including:

  • Your current circumstances and challenges
  • What kind of support would help you most
  • Your goals and aspirations
  • How donations would make a difference in your life

How do I get my QR code?

Once you complete your profile, you'll automatically receive a unique QR code. You can download it, print it, or share it digitally. When someone scans your QR code, they'll be taken directly to your profile where they can make a donation.

Making Donations

How do I make a donation?

  1. Scan someone's QR code or visit their profile directly
  2. Read their story and choose an amount to donate
  3. Enter your payment information securely through Stripe
  4. Confirm your donation - it will be sent instantly
  5. You'll receive a receipt via email

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We never have access to your full card details.

Can I make recurring donations?

Yes, you can set up recurring monthly donations to support someone on an ongoing basis. You can manage, modify, or cancel your recurring donations at any time from your account settings.

Receiving Support

How do I receive donations?

When someone makes a donation to you, the funds are transferred directly to your account. You'll receive an email notification for each donation, and you can track all your received donations in your profile dashboard.

How do I withdraw my funds?

You can withdraw your funds at any time through your account settings. We support direct bank transfers and other withdrawal methods. There are no fees for withdrawals, and funds are typically available within 3-7 business days.

Can I update my story after creating my profile?

Yes, you can update your story, photos, and goals at any time from your profile settings. Keeping your story current helps donors understand your current situation and needs.

Security & Privacy

How do you protect my personal information?

We use industry-standard encryption to protect all personal information. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Can I make my profile private?

Yes, you can control the visibility of your profile. You can choose to make your profile public, visible only to people with your QR code, or completely private. You have full control over who can see your information.

What if I want to delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all your personal information is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our privacy policy.
